The TeleFlow Designer is a development environment for building telephony applications using flowcharts. The Designer has flowchart steps encompassing all of the required logic for a telephony application. Just a few examples include: Answering a phone call, playing voice files, sending callers to information they want based on the input they provide through touch tones, and entering and retrieving information from databases.
